Cuando todo apuntaba a la llegada de Miguel Rondelli al banquillo, la dirigencia del Macar\u00e1 de la ciudad de Ambato dio un giro en las negociaciones, y finalmente se decidi\u00f3 por el espa\u00f1ol Alexandre Pallares para su banquillo. Pallares fue anunciado de forma oficial este d\u00eda viernes en horas de la tarde, y ser\u00e1 el encargado del equipo ante la sorpresiva marcha de Boris Fiallos; quien ascendi\u00f3 al equipo desde la Serie B.
