El hecho violento se registr\u00f3 aproximadamente a las 16h35 de este s\u00e1bado 18 de noviembre en una calle de segundo orden, en los l\u00edmites de los barrios San Agust\u00edn y El Palmar, territorio de Manta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los disparos asustaron a los vecinos del sector. Al salir se encontraron con la escena. \u00c1lava conduc\u00eda el veh\u00edculo y qued\u00f3 inerte en el interior, mientras un acompa\u00f1ante result\u00f3 herido. \u00c1lava era presidente de la Cooperativa de Taxis Tarqui #3 , una de las m\u00e1s importantes de la ciudad puerto manabita.
