En total, las 130 unidades que conforman Fomento Tur\u00edstico pasar\u00e1n por el proceso implementado en el sistema de matriculaci\u00f3n que ofrece la Empresa P\u00fablica Movilidad de Manta, con el fin de promover esta buena conducta. Al pasar por la RTV, los veh\u00edculos reciben un diagn\u00f3stico de su estado mec\u00e1nico para poder movilizarse sin inconvenientes dentro y fuera de la ciudad. Este proceso es necesario para poder matricular los veh\u00edculos.
