El hecho se registr\u00f3 aproximadamente a las 06:45 de este martes 7 de noviembre en la Calle 309 y Avenida 215, territorio del barrio San Pedro, en Manta, provincia de Manab\u00ed. Los verdugos de Luis aparentemente se movilizaban en una motocicleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan testigos, el hombre iba con direcci\u00f3n hasta la v\u00eda Interbarrial cuando fue atacado de varios tiros. Su cuerpo qued\u00f3 inerte en el asiento del conductor. La Polic\u00eda Nacional y sus unidades de Criminal\u00edstica y Dinased llegaron al sitio para recopilar indicios bal\u00edsticos y verificar videos en c\u00e1maras de seguridad de la zona.
