El caso m\u00e1s reciente fue la denuncia presentada por Fernando Villavicencio cuatro meses antes de su asesinato, en contra de 5 legisladores, entre ellos Pablo Muentes, dato revelado por Christian Zurita a quien luego Muentes contrademand\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;La Fiscal\u00eda mediante un comunicado inform\u00f3 que est\u00e1 en etapa reservada de investigaci\u00f3n previa. Mientras tanto, la exalcaldesa de Guayaquil Cynthia Viteri, tiene cinco expedientes penales, pero ninguno ha avanzado. Se abrieron por presunto peculado, obstaculizaci\u00f3n de tareas sanitarias y delitos contra el agua.
