Sin embargo, ser\u00e1 la Asamblea Nacional quien determine el d\u00eda, asegur\u00f3 Diana Atamaint, presidenta del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;En una entrevista para Contacto Directo, la ma\u00f1ana de este 30 de octubre, explic\u00f3 que el cronograma definido por la instituci\u00f3n no sufrir\u00e1 variaciones. Esto a pesar de la impugnaci\u00f3n presentada por el excandidato suplente, Fernando Tiller\u00eda, el pasado 26 de octubre. El Pleno del CNE resolvi\u00f3 negar el recurso y, aunque la decisi\u00f3n puede ser apelada ante el Tribunal Contencioso Electoral (TCE), conf\u00edan en que tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 rechazada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Atamaint explic\u00f3 que el organismo tiene hasta 15 d\u00edas para resolver la apelaci\u00f3n, en caso de que sea presentada. Pero que seguir\u00e1n con lo planificado, pues \u00abno tendr\u00eda efecto suspensivo\u00bb en sus actividades. Hasta el momento ya se entregaron credenciales a asamble\u00edstas de 23 provincias; el 13 de noviembre lo har\u00e1n a los asamble\u00edstas nacionales, del exterior y de Pichincha, mientras que el 15 ser\u00e1 a Presidente y Vicepresidenta electos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Sin embargo, la presidenta del CNE explic\u00f3 que el caso ya no ser\u00e1 responsabilidad del organismo. Se preparar\u00e1n para el pr\u00f3ximo proceso electoral El pr\u00f3ximo proceso de elecciones presidenciales y legislativas se efectuar\u00e1 en febrero de 2025.
