Es parte del puente a\u00e9reo Guayaquil Gal\u00e1pagos activado tras las lluvias del 30 de octubre: el primer vuelo llev\u00f3 10 toneladas y el segundo, 7,6 en un C-130 H\u00e9rcules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasta el 1 de noviembre se entregaron 701 kits de primera respuesta, 42 para dormir, 1.500 de vestimenta y 40 motobombas. Las lluvias dejaron 3.120 afectados, una fallecida, dos desaparecidas y da\u00f1os en viviendas, v\u00edas, electricidad y salud; el Centro de Salud Santa Cruz registra da\u00f1os en casi 90% de instalaciones, equipos, medicamentos e insumos. El COE habilit\u00f3 cinco alojamientos para 1.000 personas.
