La funcionaria a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el objetivo es que los j\u00f3venes tambi\u00e9n puedan generar contactos y adquirir experiencia que les sirva posteriormente en su b\u00fasqueda de empleo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta fase contempla 700.000 participantes y dos pagos mensuales de USD 400 durante dos meses. El Estado seguir\u00e1 cubriendo los incentivos econ\u00f3micos, mientras las compa\u00f1\u00edas aportar\u00e1n espacios de formaci\u00f3n y primera experiencia laboral. La vinculaci\u00f3n con empresas tiene car\u00e1cter formativo y no equivale autom\u00e1ticamente a un contrato de trabajo. Ecuavisa report\u00f3 que el Estado continuar\u00e1 cubriendo los incentivos mientras las compa\u00f1\u00edas aportan los espacios de formaci\u00f3n.
