A 76 a\u00f1os, el franc\u00e9s ocupa desde 2019 el cargo de jefe de desarrollo global del f\u00fatbol dentro de la FIFA, puesto al que fue nombrado bajo la presidencia de Infantino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este rol supervisa programas de formaci\u00f3n de entrenadores, academias en decenas de pa\u00edses, competiciones juveniles y asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico a la IFAB. Su experiencia y prestigio internacional lo convierten, seg\u00fan dirigentes europeos, en el perfil ideal para unificar a los opositores a Infantino. Las elecciones se celebrar\u00e1n en el 77.\u00ba Congreso de la FIFA en Rabat (Marruecos).
