Tendr\u00e1 cuatro plantas, 204 habitaciones dobles, comedor, lavander\u00eda, salas de estudio y descanso, y accesibilidad universal. Contrato: 3 meses de dise\u00f1o, 8 de construcci\u00f3n y mantenimiento. Lin Campoverde, de Medicina, paga USD 220 de arriendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u00d3scar Fares, de Sociolog\u00eda, dijo que mantenerse es el reto por vivienda, alimentaci\u00f3n y transporte. VCasa U fue creado por el Decreto Ejecutivo 182, de octubre de 2025, para dar residencias gratuitas a estudiantes vulnerables o de otras provincias. Primera etapa incluye Cuenca, Chimborazo, Santa Elena y Machala. Inversi\u00f3n prevista es USD 99,78 millones entre 2026 y 2030; los proyectos en marcha superan USD 20 millones.
