Falta sortear nuevo juez para la audiencia preparatoria de 30 procesados. Est\u00e1 pendiente el testimonio de Celso S\u00e1nchez, t\u00e9cnico de Celec que revis\u00f3 en EE.UU. los generadores que Progen vendi\u00f3 a Ecuador. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su abogado dice que entreg\u00f3 un audio de 1h45 con 15 funcionarios que quer\u00edan pagar a Progen. Sin juez no habr\u00e1 testimonio. La apelaci\u00f3n a la prisi\u00f3n preventiva de siete procesados, fijada para el 25 de septiembre, fue pospuesta por Fiscal\u00eda y sigue sin fecha. Sin fuero, deber\u00e1 esperarse otro tribunal de apelaci\u00f3n. Cuando haya juez, los 30 procesados ser\u00e1n acusados de peculado por USD 104 millones que Celec pag\u00f3 a Progen por generadores inservibles.
