UU. &nbsp;firmaron el 2 de octubre la Carta de Implementaci\u00f3n del proyecto Integridad Policial 360, para fortalecer el control interno policial y reducir riesgos de corrupci\u00f3n o infiltraci\u00f3n del crimen organizado. La firmaron en Quito el ministro del Interior, John Reimberg, y el encargado de negocios de EE.UU., Lawrence Petroni. El plan incluye evaluaciones poligr\u00e1ficas, psicol\u00f3gicas, toxicol\u00f3gicas y financieras, supervisi\u00f3n y fortalecimiento de la Inspector\u00eda General y del Centro de Control y Confianza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Habr\u00e1 centros regionales en Guayaquil, Manta y Quito. Se clausur\u00f3 el Curso de T\u00e9cnicas Avanzadas en Poligraf\u00eda, con apoyo de EE.UU.- Colombia e INL. Trece funcionarios nueve polic\u00edas y cuatro de la Armada se capacitaron con instructores colombianos. Petroni: \u201cLa integridad es el fundamento de la labor policial\u201d. Parte de USD 45 millones de cooperaci\u00f3n de EE.UU. para 2026 ir\u00e1 a estas acciones.
