La garant\u00eda, emitida por Seguros Interoce\u00e1nica, ascend\u00eda a USD 4.496.539,35. Seg\u00fan el Gobierno, se solicit\u00f3 hacerla efectiva. Los recursos est\u00e1n en una cuenta de CELEC EP en el Banco del Pac\u00edfico. El Ejecutivo busca hacer cumplir las obligaciones de los proveedores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATM deb\u00eda adquirir, instalar y mantener generadores termoel\u00e9ctricos terrestres. En junio de 2026, un tribunal arbitral archiv\u00f3 una acci\u00f3n de ATM para frenar la terminaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de garant\u00edas; tras ello, CELEC qued\u00f3 habilitada para continuar con el proceso. En abril de 2026, CELEC anunci\u00f3 un plan para incorporar 920 MW t\u00e9rmicos.
