Desde el 22 de septiembre, 185 grandes consumidores de alto voltaje reducen su demanda un d\u00eda por semana; luego se extendi\u00f3 a consumidores de medio voltaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong> CINCO CAMBIOS CLAVE: AUTOGENERACI\u00d3N:<\/strong> hogares, empresas y grandes consumidores podr\u00e1n producir su propia electricidad e inyectar excedentes al Sistema Nacional Interconectado para venderlos a grandes consumidores o a la demanda regulada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DISTRITOS AUT\u00d3NOMOS ENERG\u00c9TICOS (DAE):<\/strong> privados, mixtos o de econom\u00eda popular podr\u00e1n constituirlos por hasta 40 a\u00f1os. Tendr\u00e1n generaci\u00f3n, almacenamiento y red interna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ALMACENAMIENTO: <\/strong>empresas p\u00fablicas y privadas podr\u00e1n desarrollar proyectos. Una privada podr\u00e1 proponerlos aunque no est\u00e9n en el Plan Maestro, si demuestra viabilidad t\u00e9cnica, econ\u00f3mica, financiera y ambiental. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INVERSI\u00d3N PRIVADA:<\/strong> se ampl\u00edan opciones en generaci\u00f3n, transmisi\u00f3n y almacenamiento. Proyectos renovables de hasta 100 MW tendr\u00e1n prioridad; habr\u00e1 prioridad de pago mediante fideicomisos de distribuidoras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GRANDES CONSUMIDORES:<\/strong> CENACE podr\u00e1 desconectarlos si hay d\u00e9ficit. Deber\u00e1n autogenerar el 100% de su demanda. Proyectos petroleros y mineros de m\u00e1s de 10 MW conectados al SNI tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1n autogenerar.
