La resoluci\u00f3n fue le\u00edda por el juez Manuel Cabrera, ponente del tribunal integrado tambi\u00e9n por Daniella Camacho y Julio Inga, tras analizar 12 solicitudes de 20 condenados. Audiencia: 7 sept. El punto central fue el art\u00edculo 630 del COIP:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las defensas ped\u00edan aplicar la norma vigente entre 2008 y 2018, cuando el cohecho no estaba excluido; Fiscal\u00eda sostuvo que reg\u00eda la reforma de 2021, que s\u00ed lo excluye. Tribunal acept\u00f3 este criterio. La decisi\u00f3n no modifica las condenas del 28 de agosto: Moreno fue sentenciado a cinco a\u00f1os como autor directo; en total, 20 personas fueron declaradas responsables. El caso puede ir a apelaci\u00f3n y casaci\u00f3n.
