Desde el 10 de agosto, 864 fueron trasladados a espacios cerrados porque dorm\u00edan a la intemperie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El objetivo es recuperar la normalidad: habilitar plazas, identificar a los migrantes y devolver a Marruecos a quienes no tengan derecho a protecci\u00f3n internacional. Espa\u00f1a habilit\u00f3 4.500 plazas; m\u00e1s de 5.300 retornaron voluntariamente; cerca de 100 renunciaron al asilo y m\u00e1s de 2.000 menores fueron identificados. Las autoridades calculan que unas 13.000 siguen en Ceuta, muchas a\u00fan en campamentos improvisados en playas. Desde la entrada masiva, emergencias tramit\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 7.000 expedientes, un 532,6 % m\u00e1s.
