El debate dur\u00f3 cerca de cuatro horas. Se crea un Registro Nacional de Delivery, administrado por la Agencia Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito (ANT) y articulado con los municipios. Los repartidores deber\u00e1n identificarse f\u00edsica y digitalmente, usar casco homologado y chaleco reflectivo, y mantener visible la identificaci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un c\u00f3digo QR permitir\u00e1 verificar datos del conductor y del servicio. Sin embargo, se elimin\u00f3 la sanci\u00f3n para entregas sin registro, que inclu\u00eda multa del 15 % de un salario b\u00e1sico y p\u00e9rdida de 4,5 puntos en la licencia; recibi\u00f3 135 votos en contra. En micromovilidad, las motos el\u00e9ctricas requerir\u00e1n matr\u00edcula, placa y licencia. Los scooters exigir\u00e1n casco homologado, y la ANT definir\u00e1 requisitos t\u00e9cnicos.
