Ocurri\u00f3 en la calle 317 y avenida 217 del barrio Santa Luc\u00eda de la parroquia Eloy Alfaro, cuando la Selecci\u00f3n de Ecuador se enfrentaba a su similar de Bolivia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moradores del sector mencionaron que escucharon al menos treinta tiros. Sin embargo, no se report\u00f3 personas heridas tras la balacera. Agentes de la Polic\u00eda Nacional acudieron al sitio y acordonaron la zona cerrando el tr\u00e1nsito vehicular en dos cuadras aproximadamente. Adem\u00e1s, investigaban si hasta alguna casa de salud hab\u00edan llegado personas con heridas de bala. En el sector se hallaron varias balas percutidas de diferentes calibres.
