A. (Granasa), recibi\u00f3 seis meses de prisi\u00f3n por calumnia. La condena incluye multa de tres salarios b\u00e1sicos unificados al Estado y otra igual a Carlos Xavier Cadena Asencio como reparaci\u00f3n integral, adem\u00e1s de costas, gastos y honorarios. El caso naci\u00f3 cuando Cadena, liquidador de Veranera S. A., denunci\u00f3 a Carmigniani por presunta asociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese proceso, Carmigniani envi\u00f3 un escrito a la Fiscal\u00eda el 17 de abril de 2026; al d\u00eda siguiente, parte del documento apareci\u00f3 en diario Expreso. All\u00ed se le atribu\u00edan expresiones contra Cadena, como \u201cinsolente denunciante\u201d y que buscaba \u201ctomar control de propiedad ajena\u201d. Cadena consider\u00f3 que exced\u00edan la defensa legal y constitu\u00edan imputaci\u00f3n falsa contra su honor, por lo que present\u00f3 una acci\u00f3n penal privada por calumnia.
