Sa&#8217;ar se reuni\u00f3 con su hom\u00f3logo Roberto Kury y con el presidente Daniel Noboa. Junto al ministro del Interior, John Reimberg, firmaron un acuerdo de cooperaci\u00f3n antiterrorista y una declaraci\u00f3n conjunta para un di\u00e1logo econ\u00f3mico ampliado, que impulsar\u00e1 comercio, inversi\u00f3n, ciberseguridad, innovaci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda. El pacto antiterrorista facilitar\u00e1 el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n, la coordinaci\u00f3n institucional y el desarrollo de capacidades. Adem\u00e1s, Israel enviar\u00e1 un experto agr\u00edcola (uno de los seis desplegados en el mundo) y profundizar\u00e1 la cooperaci\u00f3n mediante su agencia MASHAV.
