(Baldor B. 54%, otros dos imputados 5% c\/u, empresa distinta a BBC Golden S.A. en la causa); y 31,2% de Poncemining C\u00eda. Ltda. (extracci\u00f3n de oro), con su hermana Johanna C. (34,4%), tambi\u00e9n procesada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda sostiene que la red lav\u00f3 dinero de miner\u00eda ilegal y explosivos mediante exportaciones de oro sin justificar. El ministro del Interior, John Reimberg, afirm\u00f3 que Baldor Bermeo moviliz\u00f3 USD 3,2 millones (2023-2025) con empresas mineras y lo se\u00f1al\u00f3 como presunto financista de Los Lobos. Se decomisaron m\u00e1s de USD 245.000 en efectivo, veh\u00edculos, armas y joyas.
