Sus abogados, liderados por Rafael Valim (quien defendi\u00f3 a Lula), solicitaron medidas cautelares: suspender la inhabilitaci\u00f3n, recomponer la Corte Suprema a cinco miembros y quitarle la tobillera electr\u00f3nica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valim afirm\u00f3 que el Comit\u00e9 emite dict\u00e1menes vinculantes y las cautelares podr\u00edan resolverse en meses. Kirchner denunci\u00f3 \u201cmachismo estructural\u201d y exigi\u00f3 someter a los jueces al escrutinio internacional. La inhabilitaci\u00f3n agita al peronismo: su hijo M\u00e1ximo Kirchner dijo \u201cqueremos que sea candidata\u201d en 2027 frente a Milei.
