La lluvia castig\u00f3 los cinco distritos: en Queens, la estaci\u00f3n Court Square (l\u00ednea E) se inund\u00f3 y en Flushing numerosos veh\u00edculos quedaron atrapados. Se reportaron s\u00f3tanos anegados y en Newark (Nueva Jersey) el agua alcanz\u00f3 la cintura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im\u00e1genes en redes sociales mostraron calles totalmente cubiertas y vecinos avanzando con dificultad. Las autoridades mantienen una alerta por inundaciones hasta las 23:30 para Nueva Jersey, la ciudad de Nueva York y  Westchester. Aunque la alerta de tornado expir\u00f3, sigue la vigilancia por nuevas crecidas. Se pide no transitar por zonas inundadas.
