La decisi\u00f3n, adoptada por unanimidad, se bas\u00f3 en que las solicitudes no acreditaron los requisitos t\u00e9cnicos y jur\u00eddicos exigidos por la normativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-312.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-69313\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-312.png 1024w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-312-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-312-768x512.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pedido contra Noboa, presentado por Washington Andrade y Leonidas Iza, alegaba incumplimiento del plan de gobierno y obligaciones legales, pero el CNE determin\u00f3 que no se identificaron con claridad los compromisos incumplidos. Tambi\u00e9n se rechaz\u00f3 la solicitud contra Pinto, impulsada por Jorge C\u00e1ceres Echeverr\u00eda, por carecer de sustento. El Gobierno, mediante la Secretar\u00eda Jur\u00eddica, hab\u00eda cuestionado la validez de las acusaciones por gen\u00e9ricas y sin individualizar las obligaciones.
