El mandatario, que afirma tener pruebas de fraude en el balotaje y convoca a una movilizaci\u00f3n para el 20 de julio, subray\u00f3: \u00abLos cuarteles est\u00e1n bajo mis \u00f3rdenes hasta que el nuevo presidente jure.
