Xavier J. (presunto instigador y financiador), Jos\u00e9 S. (exministro del Interior, habr\u00eda entregado informaci\u00f3n sensible) y Ronny A. (nexo pol\u00edticocriminal) integraron el nivel de planificaci\u00f3n. Daniel S. (facilitador log\u00edstico, conect\u00f3 con Los Lobos) y Wilmer Ch., alias &#8216;Pipo&#8217; (l\u00edder de Los Lobos, dirigi\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n por cerca de US$1 mill\u00f3n) coordinaron la operaci\u00f3n. Esteban A. (subdirector de Los Lobos) y Luis A. (enlace con disidencias de las FARC y manejo del dinero) ejecutaron la log\u00edstica final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villavicencio fue asesinado el 9 de agosto de 2023 en Quito. En julio de 2024, cinco autores materiales fueron condenados.
