El tribunal respald\u00f3 el fallo de New Hampshire que anul\u00f3 la medida, impidiendo su entrada en vigor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Magistrados de ambas tendencias cuestionaron la postura de Trump, quien sosten\u00eda que esos ni\u00f1os no estaban \u00absujetos a jurisdicci\u00f3n\u00bb. La pol\u00edtica habr\u00eda afectado a m\u00e1s de 250 000 beb\u00e9s anuales.
