Vergara explic\u00f3 que su defensa pidi\u00f3 copias del expediente y la suspensi\u00f3n de la diligencia penal, argumentando necesidad de preparaci\u00f3n. Los abogados insisten en que se le fije nueva citaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00fan no se ha entregado el informe que determinar\u00e1 si la v\u00edctima consumi\u00f3 drogas o alcohol.
