La documentaci\u00f3n fue recibida por el secretario Jur\u00eddico, Enrique Herrer\u00eda. En su escrito, Noboa argumenta que el pedido no se\u00f1ala con claridad los hechos que motivan la revocatoria, carece de base objetiva y verificable, y se apoya en indicadores gen\u00e9ricos, recortes de prensa e informes no individualizados, varios de ellos ajenos al per\u00edodo 2025- 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, no precisa qu\u00e9 compromiso del Plan de Gobierno ni qu\u00e9 norma constitucional o legal habr\u00eda sido incumplida, ni detalla actuaciones concretas atribuibles al Presidente.
