La decisi\u00f3n se notificar\u00e1 a Contralor\u00eda y Fiscal\u00eda. La asamble\u00edsta Ana Bel\u00e9n Tapia, proponente, afirm\u00f3 necesario aclarar el destino de recursos, que habr\u00edan llegado a 29 personas, incluido un abogado del caso Met\u00e1stasis. \u00abEs necesario aclarar la ruta del dinero\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3, citando indignaci\u00f3n ciudadana. Record\u00f3 que la trazabilidad fue posible por demanda de Noboa en EE.UU. bajo Ley RICO, contra crimen organizado. \u00abLa Asamblea fiscaliza con resultados\u00bb, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intervinieron 20 legisladores, coincidiendo en identificar responsables y recuperar fondos. Resaltaron que no hay precedentes de un r\u00e9gimen que use la Ley RICO para rastrear corrupci\u00f3n.
