El comandante de Bomberos, Javier Astudillo, alerta: \u00abCientos de casas almacenan combustible; un incendio se propagar\u00eda r\u00e1pido\u00bb. Pese a una nueva embarcaci\u00f3n contraincendios (USD 462.000), el acceso terrestre es limitado y no hay hidrantes. La situaci\u00f3n se repite en Hualtaco, con 500 barcos en patios de viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Falta regulaci\u00f3n: sin distancias m\u00ednimas ni catastro de muelles. La Capitan\u00eda de Puerto Bol\u00edvar (\u00d3scar Ojeda) se\u00f1ala que sus controles son para documentos e il\u00edcitos.
