La mujer, sin antecedentes penales, enfrenta hasta 12 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por profanaci\u00f3n de cad\u00e1veres, gesti\u00f3n indebida de residuos biol\u00f3gicos y abandono de materiales peligrosos. El caso reaviv\u00f3 el debate en Polonia, pa\u00eds con ley de aborto restrictiva, y la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica se pregunta c\u00f3mo obtuvo los restos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No obstante, el portavoz de la Fiscal\u00eda de Rzeszow, Krzysztof Ciechanowski, afirm\u00f3 que no hay pruebas de abortos ilegales. La investigaci\u00f3n arranc\u00f3 tras una denuncia durante unas reformas. Arrestada el viernes, el tribunal decret\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva por tres meses.
