Primero, la reapertura del estrecho, clave energ\u00e9tica, se concretar\u00e1 tras la r\u00fabrica (anunci\u00f3 Trump), aliviando mercados y abaratando el Brent. Segundo, el programa nuclear: Teher\u00e1n lo declara pac\u00edfico, pero Occidente exige garant\u00edas. Washington propone entregar uranio enriquecido, congelar el enriquecimiento 20 a\u00f1os y readmitir inspectores de la ONU, a cambio de incentivos econ\u00f3micos graduales (ser\u00e1 de los \u00faltimos puntos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tercero, el alivio de sanciones \u2014por nucleares, DDHH y apoyo a Rusia\u2014, que europeos (Reino Unido, Alemania, Francia, Italia) revisar\u00edan si hay avances. Sin embargo Ir\u00e1n exige incluir el cese en L\u00edbano, condici\u00f3n que depende de Israel (con operaciones en Beirut).
