Manzano dijo que no negoci\u00f3 ni adjudic\u00f3 los acuerdos, y que los desembolsos durante su gesti\u00f3n respondieron a obligaciones preexistentes. Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las comunicaciones difundidas prueban el cumplimiento de sus funciones, no irregularidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante incumplimientos de Progen, respald\u00f3 investigaciones internacionales bajo la Ley RICO.
