La autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica es clave para prevenir y romper ciclos de violencia. Consuelo Rivadeneira, lideresa rural, afirma: \u201cEn Portoviejo a\u00fan hay mucho machismo; las mujeres dependen del hombre. En el campo, a trav\u00e9s de un emprendimiento, puede salir adelante y hacerse visible\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2025, la Iniciativa Spotlight 2.0 capacit\u00f3 a 50 mujeres sobrevivientes de violencia en Manab\u00ed y Morona Santiago en modelos de negocio, mercadeo y marketing digital. \u201cEstos procesos nos ayudan much\u00edsimo\u201d, dice Consuelo. Las Tejedoras Manabitas, artesanas de paja toquilla, crean redes de apoyo. Virginia Mera: \u201cFortalecer nuestros emprendimientos de manera formal nos hace poderosas y libres\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, 23 mujeres accedieron a capital semilla. Yumaika Cantos: \u201cContar con ingresos fue la llave para superarme\u201d. El empoderamiento econ\u00f3mico transforma vidas y comunidades.
