La v\u00eda al sur fue cerrada 17 horas por 10 militares y 3 guardias, quienes restringieron el paso. En esa zona tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n la refiner\u00eda y la c\u00e1rcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para sofocar el fuego, 50 bomberos con 4 autobombas y 2 tanqueros, m\u00e1s 25 trabajadores de la refiner\u00eda con 2 autobombas y un montacargas, lo extinguieron a las 19:10. El gobernador Juan Jaramillo confirm\u00f3 que no hay heridos ni fallecidos, pero pidi\u00f3 investigar. Celec asegur\u00f3 que el servicio el\u00e9ctrico no se afecta, pues la unidad estaba en mantenimiento.
