El accidente, reportado a las 17:07 al ECU 911, moviliz\u00f3 a Polic\u00eda, Salud, IESS y bomberos. La ANT revisar\u00e1 condiciones operativas, documentaci\u00f3n habilitante, estado de la unidad, revisiones t\u00e9cnicas, conductores y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad vial. La entidad sum\u00f3 otros antecedentes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">el 25 de mayo se hallaron sustancias fiscalizadas en bodegas de otra unidad de la cooperativa, y el 29 de mayo un operativo en Ba\u00f1os detect\u00f3 4 unidades prestando servicio sin documentaci\u00f3n, 3 de ellas con menores a bordo; los pasajeros fueron reubicados.
