Durante esta campa\u00f1a cient\u00edfica, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo actividades de observaci\u00f3n y toma de muestras en 26 estaciones oceanogr\u00e1ficas distribuidas frente a la costa continental de Ecuador. El objetivo principal es fortalecer el monitoreo de las condiciones oc\u00e9anoatmosf\u00e9ricas en el pa\u00eds ante la probable ocurrencia del fen\u00f3meno El Ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el Inocar, \u00abla investigaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 analizar las condiciones oceanogr\u00e1ficas y meteorol\u00f3gicas presentes en los espacios mar\u00edtimos jurisdiccionales, incluyendo el comportamiento del Frente Ecuatorial, la circulaci\u00f3n oce\u00e1nica superficial y profunda, as\u00ed como las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9rmicas, salinas, qu\u00edmicas y biol\u00f3gicas del oc\u00e9ano\u00bb. Paralelamente, se ejecutar\u00e1n labores de mantenimiento e inspecci\u00f3n de los equipos oceanogr\u00e1ficos instalados en la costa norte continental.
