As\u00ed, Verduga podr\u00e1 ser candidato en los comicios seccionales y del Cpccs del 29\/11\/2026. Fue destituido por hacer campa\u00f1a con colores de la Revoluci\u00f3n Ciudadana y apoyo de Rafael Correa, prohibido a consejeros del Cpccs. Aunque su suspensi\u00f3n era hasta 2029, reformas al C\u00f3digo de la Democracia (corre\u00edsmo y ADN) redujeron sanciones. El juez aplic\u00f3 favorabilidad y Verduga cumpli\u00f3 en febrero. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n destituyeron a Yadira Saltos, Vielka P\u00e1rraga y Eduardo Franco Loor (Liga Azul). Saltos ya no tiene impedimento, pero el Ministerio no dej\u00f3 clara su destituci\u00f3n. P\u00e1rraga s\u00ed tiene impedimento; se desconoce la situaci\u00f3n de Franco.
