Luque explic\u00f3 que pasar\u00e1 de dos a cuatro carriles, con accesos peatonales y vehiculares. El puente Quim\u00eds (Montecristi-Jipijapa), con 63,5% de avance, fortalecer\u00e1 la conexi\u00f3n con Guayas. Sobre la v\u00eda MantaPortoviejo, el MIT retom\u00f3 su control por deterioro y ejecuta bacheo, limpieza y se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n. El muelle de remolcadores en Manta (inversi\u00f3n $696.000 avance 56%) mejorar\u00e1 la log\u00edstica portuaria y concluir\u00eda en julio de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PROYECTOS A CONTRATAR (2026- 2027): Planta de agua potable para Sucre, San Vicente y Tosagua: $14,5M Mercado central de Jipijapa: $8,2M Agua potable para sectores de Manta afectados por el terremoto: $6,2M V\u00eda MontecristiLa Cadena: $18M. Entre las obras concluidas (2024- 2025) destacan la v\u00eda E15 La EntradaManta, la sede municipal de Portoviejo y el puente Los Caras.
