Ambos combustibles son vitales para las termoel\u00e9ctricas. El ministro calific\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n de \u201cextremadamente tensa\u201d: hospitales sin normalidad, escuelas y oficinas cerradas, y el turismo afectado. Cuba depend\u00eda de Venezuela y M\u00e9xico, pero ambos cortaron env\u00edos: Venezuela tras la operaci\u00f3n militar de EE.UU. que depuso a Maduro el 3 de enero, y M\u00e9xico ante amenazas de aranceles de Trump. Solo lleg\u00f3 un buque ruso con 100.000 barriles de crudo, ya agotados. EE.UU. reiter\u00f3 una oferta de US$100 millones en ayuda a cambio de \u201creformas significativas\u201d.
