Peritos coincidieron en que movilizaron bienes y personal de la Agencia Metropolitana de Tr\u00e1nsito de Quito para el traslado de los insumos. Dos ciudadanos israel\u00edes (uno asesinado en 2020) habr\u00edan coordinado el transporte bajo custodia de agentes hacia la casa del exmandatario, donde tambi\u00e9n se almacenaron mascarillas y lancetas. Jacobo Bucaram pag\u00f3 321.600 d\u00f3lares en efectivo por la mercanc\u00eda. Algunos implicados fingieron pertenecer al cuerpo diplom\u00e1tico y a la DEA para movilizarse.
