En Portoviejo: Urbana 1 (5 concejales): 12 de Marzo, 18 de Octubre, Francisco Pacheco, Picoaz\u00e1, San Pablo. Urbana 2 (5): Andr\u00e9s de Vera, Col\u00f3n, Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar, Portoviejo. Rural (3): Abd\u00f3n Calder\u00f3n, R\u00edo Chico, Pueblo Nuevo, Chirijos, Alhajuela\/Bajo Grande, San Pl\u00e1cido, Crucita. En Manta: Urbana 1 (5): Manta, San Mateo, Eloy Alfaro, Urbimanta. Urbana 2 (5): Tarqui, Los Esteros. Rural (1): Santa Marianita, San Lorenzo.
