En un a\u00f1o se aprobaron 24 leyes, nueve de ellas calificadas como econ\u00f3micas urgentes por el presidente Daniel Noboa. Entre las normativas destacan: fortalecimiento de Fuerzas Armadas y Polic\u00eda, reformas al sistema penitenciario, Ley de Integridad P\u00fablica, reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, atenci\u00f3n integral del c\u00e1ncer, salud psicosocial para ni\u00f1os, inclusi\u00f3n laboral de personas con discapacidad y protecci\u00f3n ambiental. Seg\u00fan el Observatorio Legislativo, cerca del 40% de las leyes provinieron del Ejecutivo, lo que evidencia menor protagonismo de iniciativas propias.
