El subsidio cubrir\u00e1 hasta 180 kWh (unos USD 20) por hogar. Si el consumo supera ese monto, el usuario pagar\u00e1 la diferencia. Ejemplo: una planilla de USD 40 ser\u00e1 cubierta mitad por el Gobierno y mitad por el usuario. La medida alcanzar\u00e1 a 1,1 millones de familias, con una inversi\u00f3n de USD 22 millones.
