En enero, m\u00e1s de 2.800 usuarios obtuvieron licencias sin turno. Funcionarios anulaban tr\u00e1mites pero emit\u00edan licencias para evitar evidencia digital. La audiencia se desarroll\u00f3 en el Complejo Judicial Norte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los investigados figura Pedro Abril, exdirector de la ANT. El caso se origin\u00f3 el 30\/01\/2026 con operativos en varias provincias y al menos 10 detenidos por presunta delincuencia organizada, afectando el sistema de turnos y control institucional.
