{"id":65284,"date":"2026-05-06T10:30:20","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T15:30:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/?p=65284"},"modified":"2026-05-06T10:30:20","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T15:30:20","slug":"la-une-se-opone-a-una-posible-alza-de-pasajes-en-los-buses-tras-pedido-de-los-transportistas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/index.php\/2026\/05\/06\/la-une-se-opone-a-una-posible-alza-de-pasajes-en-los-buses-tras-pedido-de-los-transportistas\/","title":{"rendered":"LA UNE SE OPONE A UNA POSIBLE ALZA DE PASAJES EN LOS BUSES, TRAS PEDIDO DE LOS TRANSPORTISTAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Uni\u00f3n Nacional de Educadores (UNE) se declar\u00f3 en oposici\u00f3n total ante la posibilidad de un incremento de pasajes en Ecuador. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-83-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65285\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-83-1024x683.png 1024w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-83-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-83-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-83.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La postura del gremio surge luego de que los transportistas y choferes de buses plantearan la revisi\u00f3n de tarifas, tras expresar su malestar por el incremento en el precio de los combustibles y la eliminaci\u00f3n de compensaciones de parte del Gobierno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la UNE, esta situaci\u00f3n deber\u00eda ser asumida por el Gobierno central, es decir, por el presidente Daniel Noboa, y no trasladarse al bolsillo de los ciudadanos. \u201cEn la pr\u00e1ctica, el incremento del costo de los pasajes recae, como siempre, sobre la ciudadan\u00eda\u2026 El aumento en las tarifas del transporte p\u00fablico representa un golpe directo al bolsillo\u201d, se\u00f1ala el comunicado oficial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 264 de la Constituci\u00f3n de 2008, las competencias de tr\u00e1nsito, transporte terrestre y seguridad vial fueron transferidas a los Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Descentralizados (GAD). Por ahora, en ciudades como Guayaquil y Quito se ha descartado un incremento en el tarifario del transporte urbano.
