El Senae se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la ampliaci\u00f3n anterior (de tres a cinco litros) se hizo sin informe de impacto econ\u00f3mico ni los procedimientos establecidos, por lo que el caso fue puesto en conocimiento de la Contralor\u00eda.
