Adem\u00e1s, establece sesiones conmemorativas en Riobamba \u2014donde se firm\u00f3 la Carta Magna\u2014 y actividades educativas para fomentar la memoria hist\u00f3rica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el 11 de septiembre? Ese d\u00eda, pero de 1830 y en Riobamba, se aprob\u00f3 la primera Constituci\u00f3n tras la separaci\u00f3n de la Gran Colombia. Fue el nacimiento jur\u00eddico del Ecuador como rep\u00fablica aut\u00f3noma, con leyes e instituciones propias.
