La sesi\u00f3n 090 se instalar\u00e1 el mi\u00e9rcoles 29 de abril a las 17:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"875\" height=\"670\" src=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-352.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-64828\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-352.png 875w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-352-300x230.png 300w, https:\/\/elmercuriomanta.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-352-768x588.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 875px) 100vw, 875px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Este lunes, el Pleno del Consejo de la Judicatura acept\u00f3 por unanimidad la renuncia de Mercedes Caicedo a su cargo de conjueza de la Corte Nacional de Justicia, paso previo para su posesi\u00f3n como presidenta del organismo.<br>Una vez posesionada, Caicedo asumir\u00e1 el cargo en reemplazo de Mario Godoy, quien renunci\u00f3 y posteriormente fue destituido tras un juicio pol\u00edtico impulsado por el Legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfHASTA CU\u00c1NDO ESTAR\u00c1 EN FUNCIONES?<\/strong><br>Con esta designaci\u00f3n, Caicedo permanecer\u00e1 al frente del Consejo hasta 2031.
